This Senior Analyst position works within the North America Lottery (NALO) Finance team to support a regional business segment with respect to monitoring and reporting financial results. This position will also be responsible for developing budgets and forecast to help drive the business.

  • Lead the month-end closing activities. Ensure adherence to any all Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP and Corporate Accounting requirements.
  • Produce supporting reporting packages necessary for Month End and Forecast Reviews
  • Actively contributes to annual 5 year plan process and periodic regional forecast updates.
  • Assist in preparation of business partner presentations, highlighting the underlying performance of the businesses with emphasis on key performance indicators and cost control
  • Build and maintain financial planning system reports to increase automation, reduce report preparation time and improve report timeliness
  • Recommend modifications to new and existing reporting to improve both the quality of the presentation and the information provide
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required
  • 2 - 4 years of financial experience in a corporate environment
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP BPC and/or Hyperion a plus
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team
