Digital and Sports Betting - FP&A


Overall Objective and Purpose: 

The Financial Analyst III is a critical role within IGT’s Digital and Betting business unit supporting the Sports Betting line of business. Sports Betting is a Strategic Platform for IGT, and with that IGT is expanding the offering and go to market into 2021 and beyond. The right candidate will play a key role in supporting Sports Betting internal stakeholders and achieving the sports strategic plan. This position reports into the Director of Finance. 


•    Reporting & analysis of actual results 
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis on wide range of requests from management
•    Ability to interface with the highest levels of executive management and effectively communicate dynamics impacting the financial results & forecast 
•    Participate in the annual long-range planning activities 
•    Investigate and resolve outages in the actual results and see them through to resolution
•    Assist in preparation of consolidated financial packages
•    Design, build, and automate reporting capabilities in BPC
•    Build collaborative relationships with cross functional teams to influence change that leads to tighter control of financial activities and improve reporting abilities


•    Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field
•    Working knowledge of GAAP principles
•    Critical thinking skills, proven ability to solve complex problems
•    Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite of products
•    Strong communication skills
•    Knowledge of financial planning systems and understanding of driver-based forecasting
•    SAP/BPC experience a plus
