The Name of the Game

The Director, Talent & Inclusion at IGT is a high energy, innovative, creative individual responsible for hiring, developing, and executing talent management processes such as, but not limited to, performance management, succession planning, 360-degree feedback and the engagement survey across the global gaming business unit for IGT’s growth strategy.  They are responsible for driving a fair and inclusive culture that values unity and diversity in all activities.

This individual will serve as a go-to resource for key stakeholders including but not limited to People & Transformation Business Partners/colleagues and business leaders.  He/she will be a key member of both the Talent and D&I Center of Expertise (COE).  He/she will be a key force in pursuit of an integrated talent and diversity strategy for IGT.  This individual will report directly to the VP, People & Transformation Global Gaming.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years’ experience in HR (talent management and D&I experience preferred)
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving; and must possess an impeccable attention to detail. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Effective in managing complex projects across multi-disciplinary, matrix environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across department and business lines to accomplish goals 
  • Must attract great talent and build effective inclusive teams
  • High emotional intelligence and demonstration of inclusive leadership behaviors 

Your Future at Play. You will use your skills in these areas:

  • Contribute to design and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, establish actionable, aspirational goals and enabling a sense of belonging 
  • Lead talent acquisition team for the business unit globally ensuring alignment to global process and responding to business unit demand with special attention to inclusive and equitable processes.
  • Partner on the design and lead execution of talent management within the business unit. These processes include, but are not limited to, performance management, succession planning, 360-degree feedback, coaching, assessment strategy, mentoring and the engagement survey.
  • Champion and ensure coordination of talent management processes across the business unit
  • Partner with People & Transformation Business Partners and other key stakeholders in COEs to ensure flawless execution of talent management processes.
  • Ensure talent management processes address the intended outcome and are not “check the box” activities
  • Lead efforts to streamline and standardize talent processes as part of global People & Transformation initiative; serve as senior level subject matter expert on best-in-class process redesign and technology enablement.
