Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Casino Information Services team is seeking an Analytics Intern to join our creative and hardworking team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Casino Information Systems Services, there will be focus on adoption, documentation, testing, and user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the analytics team to support the implementation and adoption of data-driven solutions. The Analytics Intern will be responsible for documenting processes, testing analytics solutions, and improving the user experience of analytics applications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the analytics team to understand user needs and requirements
Help develop and maintain documentation for analytics solutions, including user guides, training materials, and process documentation
Willingness to learn and develop skills in data integrity and management
Conduct user testing and provide feedback to the analytics team on user experience and functionality
Work with the analytics team to identify opportunities for improving the user experience of analytics applications
Assist with the implementation of analytics solutions and help ensure successful adoption by end-users
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve analytics solutions
Increase adoption by creating communications to highlight metrics to a wide range of roles and responsibilities within the organization
Performs other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) experience (intermediate to advanced)
Tableau experience a plus
