Overview

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to join an emerging team with a startup mentality that is working on new FINTech products and services? Then you may be the perfect candidate to join our expanding Payments team. In this role, you will be in a highly visible position at the intersection of business, delivery, and operations – responsible for creating detailed business operations requirements, analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business. This role will support senior management, operations, and related services across IGT’s portfolio that utilize cashless forms of payment. You’ll be on a team that supports our customers’ payment program business needs including but not limited to Payment Provider, Funds, and Fraud management. The customer and product lines we support will include Gaming, Lottery, and Sports with both online and physical channels for our clients across the globe but with initial focus on North America.

Responsibilities

  • Have a solid understanding of products within IGT’s Cashless Solution, services, and 3rd party integration workflows and the ability to translate them to functional workflows
  • Liaise with IGT cross-functional departments, external payment service vendors and customers to meet business requirements, sustain operations, and ensure successful delivery of payments program
  • Facilitate the onboarding/training of customers to the platform and products utilizing a standardized process.
  • Develop, improve, maintain, and document delivery workflows and related processes to improve program delivery performance, decrease delivery costs and time, improve overall quality results, customer satisfaction, confidence and ensure ability to scale
  • Analyze customer’s existing operating policies and procedures and provide recommendations as new cashless and payments capabilities are added to the ecosystem
  • Work with new and existing 3rd party payment providers to analyze new payment methods or features and provide management with assessment on impact to our operations and related costs. In addition, provide support and recommendations for Payment roadmap
  • Understand and document functional and technical specification changes/updates for new and existing integrations between payment and 3rd party vendors
  • Work with Payments Team stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for existing as well as new systems to improve SLAs and provide KPIs, analytics, and related reporting for analysis on our back-end operations
  • Ensure new/future product and 3rd party requirements are accurately analyzed, documented, developed, and implemented successfully
  • Support user acceptance test cycle for payment solution deployments
  • Demonstrate effective decision making by analyzing multiple sources of data and manually compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
  • Support management with payments team collateral materials for Product, Sales, and/or Misc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related study
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Strong technical and business acumen defining business requirements and reporting them back to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understanding of systems, networks, and other technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify and articulate results of analysis in easy-to-understand terms to cross-functional teams including senior management and customers
  • Highly analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and solutions simultaneously
  • Organized, independent, and proactive – with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to quickly build effective working relationships and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and with 3rd party vendors is a plus
