Responsibilities

A Project Manager at IGT, you will:

Facilitate the development and delivery of game projects from inception to submission.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, notes, meeting outcomes, and schedules with game teams.
Develop, track, and report on project progress, resources, and metrics.
Identify and monitor project risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans.
Embrace challenges and constructive feedback to improve game production processes.
Support the team, studio, and business with unique tasks or project requests outside routine development responsibilities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Strong numerical and analytical skills with a curiosity about self-organization.
Demonstrated ability managing projects and leading multi-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar programs.
Familiarity with software engineering and project management techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German beneficial!

Preferred Qualifications

Technical education (Programming, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous.
Agile, Scrum, or PMI certification is a plus.

Renumeration

According to Austrian law we are obligated to list the minimum salary for this position. The minimum salary starts at € 70.000 gross p.a., however actual compensation is negotiable and will be based on your qualification and experience
