Under the direction of the Retail Manager the Field Marketing Representative’s responsibility is to develop sales building plans to increase sales, to establish and maintain effective working relationships with lottery retailers and key accounts in a designated territory, maximizing compliance. This position will be under direct supervision of the Retail Supervisor, who will provide advice on their territory and contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

•    Continual analysis of the performance of your retailers to determine growth opportunities.
•    Support the development of the Trade Marketing strategy in your area to achieve the required sales targets for your agent base.
•    Develop and execute innovative sales initiatives in their zone. 
•    Develop monthly sales target by agent and track their progress.
•    Provide agent specific action plans on a weekly basis to your Supervisor showing growth objective by category.
•    Implement retailer best practices merchandising and visibility standards in your zone. 
•    Provide infield sales training to operators/ agents. 
•    Deliver and display all relevant promotional materials at the retail location are in good conditions.
•    Ensure all agents have the required amount of consumables needed.
•    Completes special projects directed by the Company/Lottery.  
•    Monitors and oversees new retailer training and installation of new stores. 
•    Provides weekly reports on the performance of your area ensuring competitive information is included.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • A minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail or wholesale sales;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
