Responsibilities

We are looking for Field Service Technician in our Philippines office reporting to Field Service Manager (Asia),

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Install IGT EGMs casinos around Asia.
•    Trouble shooting errors/issues on IGT equipment and repair these errors/issues with any resource available
•    Self-educate on IGT internal products training courses
•    Maintain good relationship with IGT customer
•    Maintain IGT Field Service Image with high service spirits, professionalism and well manner team member

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
•    Electrical/Electronical certificates
•    Have experience with Casino gaming equipment, electronics tables and slot machines.
•    Driving License for car
•    Speak and write well in English
•    Able to read and understand technical documentations in English
•    Able to climb high for signage installation.
•    Able to lift minimum 40Kg with both hands and hold for 10 seconds.
•    No difficulty to work in group or individual.
•    Good manners toward coworker and customers.
