Responsibilidades
- Recepción y atención de llamadas para proporcionar información y soporte técnico a los clientes.
- Responde correos electrónicos y llamadas de para dar servicio al cliente.
- Canalizar quejas, reclamos y sugerencias de los clientes y brindar soluciones de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Recibe solicitudes de fallas del casino, direccionando atenciones a área técnica.
- Coordinar el seguimiento de envíos de refacciones y tiempos de atención en casinos.
Requisitos
- Certificado de preparatoria.
- 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro de un centro de llamadas o industria similar.
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y trabajar fines de semana.
- Buena redacción.
- Capacidad para operar una computadora y navegar a través de funciones.
- Conocimientos en SAP y SalesForce Ideal (No excluyente).
- Habilidades básicas de entrada de datos, sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, exelente servicio al cliente.
