The Role

IGT PlayDigital are seeking an experienced 2D animator with a strong passion for art and gaming. The Animator's primary responsibilities involve creating dynamic animations for characters, environments, and special effects. Proficiency in English and a solid understanding of the 12 animation principles are essential

What you'll do

Creating high-quality animation assets primarily using Spine 2D and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of applications.
Providing estimates and time frames for assigned tasks.
Organizing source files meticulously to prepare them for optimization.
Suggesting alternative solutions to overcome technical or creative challenges.
Adhering to our internal design guidelines.
Collaborating with illustrators and developers when required to ensure efficient project delivery.
Ensuring your latest source files are accessible in our repository for others to utilize as necessary.
Participating in team meetings to stay updated on the latest news and developments.
Optimizing animation exports to achieve a balance between image quality, file sizes, and resource consumption.
