The Help Desk Technician assists in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems. 
•    Set up desktops, laptops and tablets 
•    Uploads IGT image to hardware 
•    Set up various software systems like MS Office, Citrix, etc. 
•    Primarily supports telemarketing and field service groups, also warehouse and supports data center operations 
•    Maintains a tracking system to monitor network availability, software license usage and expiration, etc.  
•    Maintains an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software and supplies. 
•    Troubleshoots, maintains, and monitors, external and internal hard drives, printers, and scanners. 
•    Comprehends firewall rules and ensure they are followed 
•    Liaises with Network Engineers to set up firewalls, configure firewall rule changes, etc. 
•    Supports gaming system hardware and software in a virtual environment 
•    Updates OS firmware 


•    Education: 
•    High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred 
•    Experience: 
•    1 - 2 years of related experience is required
