The role

IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products, lottery and systems.  IGT Australia is a dominant force in Australia and New Zealand and we provide a range of gaming and lottery products, systems and services.


We are currently seeking a full time application specialist to join our Systems team based in Sydney. This role involves providing first rate remote support to customers of IGT’s system products.

 

Responsibilities

As a member of the systems team, your responsibilities will include:

-    Providing day-to-day application support to customers for all of IGT’s systems products.
-    Escalating unresolved customer calls to appropriate internal resources.
-    Following up with customers to keep them informed of both open and closed issues.
-    Researching, responding to and resolving issues and logs issues in tracking database.
-    Assisting customers with cash flow and analysis
-    Assisting customers with floor moves, conversions and installations
-    Assisting customers with set up and troubleshooting of gaming promotions
-    Provide onsite training and functional support to customers for new implementations and system upgrades

 

Qualifications

To be successful you must demonstrate:

-    HSC or equivalent
-    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-    Attention to detail and quality.
-    Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
-    Excellent phone manner coupled with proactive approach to customers.
-    Ability to work autonomously.
-    2+ years in a customer service role.
-    1+ years in gaming analysis (highly desirable).
-    Knowledge and experience of IGT gaming systems (desirable).
