Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing hotels sales strategies & Hotel Presentations that will resonate with this segment in conjunction with the Snr Manager – National Hotels.
  • Focusing/Managing major account hotels groups and Top 200 Hotels in NSW.
  • Working collaboratively with territory Managers in NSW.
  • Achieving a hotels Quota in NSW.
  • Regularly attending hotel industry functions and meetings to build relationships with key industry figures in NSW.
  • Representing the company’s products to client base to achieve sales Quota and to develop profitable business with new and existing customers.
  • Developing sales plans and co-ordinating marketing strategies for clients within the context of the overall corporate plan.
  • Developing proposals appropriate for customers’ needs, including software and hardware options and cost options.
  • Co-ordinating client presentations with key stakeholders, highlighting company product and service capabilities, in a planned strategy to develop a profitable business.
  • Building strong rapport with Hotel Owners, Hotel Group CEO’s/gaming managers to offer constructive assistance and explanation when difficulties arise.
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities through the identification and attraction of client need to extend and develop the company’s profit base.
  • Maintaining and improving product knowledge, competitive products and general market information that could be of interest or value to customers.
  • Ensuring business negotiations are undertaken to protect the company’s interests

Qualifications

Educational

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Business or related field or its equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Skills & Attributes

  • Well-developed business and financial acumen.
  • Advanced presentation and interpersonal skills/Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Able to master a large variety of product specifications and applications.

Years of Experience:

  • Three years in a B2B premium product based sales environment.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven track record of obtaining results in a sales environment.
