Responsibilities

We are looking for Product Marketing Specialist in either in Macau or Philippines reporting to the Director, Product Management APAC. The new hire will develop jurisdictional and/or product release plans and activities (for one or more product lines) thereby maximising product placement and company returns. He/She will manage the product feature and functionality definition, development or enhancement process, product positioning, product advocacy and provides sales support (as required)


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Travel to various jurisdictions to understand the specific differences in product and game development requirements, with findings and reports presented to appropriate internal stakeholders.
•    Disseminate market intelligence to other departments.
•    Provide direction in areas of game and product development, formalising the process by utilising existing Product and Game Specification documents.
•    Provide briefings on third party product including extraordinary items such as link signage, toppers and Plasma displays.
•    Ensure Product and Game Specification documents remain updated and meet jurisdictional requirements with changes disseminated to all relevant departments.
•    Develop product and game briefings for Sales and Marketing and other departments when required, to ensure all departments are fully aware of IGT product offerings. Highlight the features and benefits of each product maximising all selling points and when required conduct product and game presentation to internal and external customers.
•    Prepare and maintain showroom and test bed sites.
•    Work with sales to develop product release strategy ensuring adequate product is available for relevant jurisdiction and the best return on investment is achieved.
•    Collaborate with product vertical Product Managers and Content Managers to find best solutions for the region
•    Monitor/review customers and their implementations
•    Assesses how well the solution (as well as competitive offerings) address issues of the prospect/customer both within the context of current directions & deals, and in the abstract business sense, currently, in the near term, and under the long-term plan.
•    Guide projects in development from solution definitions to completion.
•    Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide solution definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
•    Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for solution development.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Knowledge of gaming and gaming systems with minimum 3 years product experience in Asia.
•    Very fluent English
•    Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean highly desirable
•    Demonstrated high level skills in the following areas: team player, communication, influencing, facilitation, relationship management, business, strategic, change management and project management skills.
•    Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
•    Experience in working within a highly structured, matrixed and regulated corporate environment.
