Responsibilities

Overall Objective and Purpose

This position supports field service in equipment delivery and inventory management of lottery devices and parts.

Vehicle

  • Deliver and remove lottery equipment from/to the retail site and alternate warehouse.
  • Please make sure the Field Service box truck is maintained and clean.
  • Verify that all delivery equipment is maintained and in working condition.

Vending Preparation

  • Clean, inspect, repair, and prepare Lottery Vending Terminals for deployment.

Parts and Inventory Duties

  • Collect, evaluate, and separate all parts dropped off by Field Service Technicians.
  • Perform weekly inventory counts and prepare monthly reports on all FS inventory.
  • Maintain parts inventory levels for service.
  • Record and supervise all parts orders.
  • Order parts for any project-related work.
  • Capture and prioritize parts for any project-related work, including for 3rd party installers.

Warehouse/Technical Duties

  • Assist/Facilitate daily consumable shipments.
  • Clean and repair lottery equipment as needed
  • Perform warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety items

Qualifications

  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75lbs and maneuver machines up to 825lbs with assistance from industrial-grade lift apparatus
  • Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record. Must be able to drive a 20ft box truck frequently; CDL is not required
  • Minimum Education

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
  • Years Experience

  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others and the ability to maintain integrity in interactions with others
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, stay focused and perform well under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to pass security investigation will be conducted.
  • Must be able to pass a security investigation

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $18.00 - $20.00. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
