The Role
Senior Partner Manager
The Senior Partner Manager will be commercially experienced and will be responsible for managing the larger Partners and operators. They will be expected to fulfil the responsibilities of the Partner Manager but also should have developed a better understanding of the operators needs and key business drivers, so they are able to find high value opportunities to further distribute integrated content into new and existing markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build trusted relationships within accounts focused on driving revenue for both parties
- Be the first point of contact and deliver a first-class service and support to accounts
- Work with IGT internal functions and teams to understand and support customer needs
- Responsible for the partner revenues generated by nominated Operator / Partner accounts
- Execute a sales account plan which maintains and grows existing partner revenues
- Research, identify and evaluate opportunities to place existing or new products into new markets and/or accounts
- Work with the commercial management team to provide feedback on industry trends, needs of accounts to help develop the commercial strategy
- Help to identify opportunities to increase awareness of the partner business both internally and externally
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of available products, services and roadmaps
