Role Overview


We are looking for a Product Sales Manager to develop and manage our east region Electronic Table Game accounts. This is a rapidly evolving product line which is growing quickly and has gained a lot of traction.  If you have a knack for developing business and as equally important maintaining relationships, we would like to connect with you! We are looking for someone who is as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders and we would like for you to have a track record for improving the processes within organizations around you. 
 

Responsibilities


• You will have sales responsibility for Electronic Table Game (ETG) products for large geographical areas Internationally with a primary focus on Europe and Africa
• You will address customers' concerns, questions and objections about Electronic Table Games
• You will work with IGT account-assigned AM's to close semi-complex sales of Electronic Table Game in a creative, highly resourceful and effective way
• You will be responsible for meeting Electronic Table Games sales quota and overall product placement targets in the assigned geographical area
• International product evangelist – you will be supporting the sales teams and customers in the regions around Electronic Table Games products
• You will provide insight / recommendations to Customers and IGT Sales for optimizing floors / performances & product placement
• Review all accounts with IGT Account Managers and work together with them to establish a sales plan to market products and develop a deep pipeline of prospective customer placements
• You will perform necessary analysis and planning to ensure that the objectives and priorities for each sales call involving the product line are established and met in time frames acceptable to the customer and account manager.
• You will be working with ETG Product Manager and ETG Sales Manager to identify opportunities and working with customers in completing concept testing through pilot and free trial product programs
• Completing competitive analysis and providing insights to Product Management to further the development process of ETG’s for the International markets       
 

Qualifications

 

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Europe and Africa
• 3 + years in B to B sales
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships
• Proven ability to gain cooperation of cross functional teams and provide strong leadership skills
• Successful candidate will be self-motivated, a team player and deadline oriented.
• Highly motivated, hands on personality with a strong ownership mentality
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward business goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to present and establish value of the business proposition to all levels of the organization and to the customer
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively articulate the features and functions
• Must be able to obtain gaming licenses in all required European and African gaming jurisdictions
