Responsibilities

Summary:

An outstanding opportunity to move raw materials and parts using heavy and light machinery and handheld equipment. Works with SAP and other basic computer applications to document, maintain, and enhance workflows.

 

  •   Perform material handling tasks in various warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, putting away, bagging and tagging, shipping, and production support.
  •   Complete daily SAP transactions to detail material movements and maintain workflow efficiency.
  •  Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory records.
  •   Complete designated material handling workflows with precision and attention to detail.
  •   Apply problem-solving techniques to address routine challenges.
  •   Perform tasks that directly impact inventory availability, accuracy, and material handling costs.
  •   Recognize and adapt to deviations from routine practices, anticipating appropriate next steps for seamless operations.
  •   Carry out material movement activities using accurate handling techniques to ensure safety and efficiency.
  •   Detail and transact material movements promptly.
  •   Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, requiring internal certification.
  •   Locate and transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
  •   Support the strategic goals of the manufacturing, production, and service departments by completing assigned tasks with excellence and adherence to standard methodologies.
  •   Support achieving organizational objectives through effective material handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of IGT production or game prep operations and their material handling requirements.

  •   Familiarity with IGT products and the specific needs of the department.
  •   Proficiency in relevant ERP tools for detailing material movements, notably SAP.
  •   Understanding warehouse equipment operation, material types and functions, and associated handling requirements.
  •   Knowledge of physical warehouse layouts, material locations, and production order documentation.
  •   Experience with Casino Services prep operations.
  •   Typically has 3 to 5 years of material handling experience in warehousing and inventory control.
  •   High School diploma or equivalent experience.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is  $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
