OVERVIEW

Integral position, within the Business Services Department, that will support all Gaming Fleet vehicle maintenance, safety and regulatory DOT requirements.

 

  • Acts to foster vendor relationships for the operation Fleet effectiveness of IGT. Works directly with several outside vendors to support license registration, driver MRV requirements, insurance monitoring, including corresponding with Field Service technicians (drivers) and respective Field Service management accordingly.
  • Verifies accuracy of fleet data collection and analysis processes to ensure continuity between assumptions and actual activity to maintain IGT Fleet in good standing with safety, regulatory, insurance and policy compliance.
  • Attends and coordinates meetings with various outside vendors and Field Service. management to address changes to IGT Fleet policy and/or State laws year over year.
  • Can serve as point person with Field Service drivers and required agencies.
  • Responsible for monitoring dashboards, reporting to ensure ongoing compliance of Fleet protocols.
  • Will coordinate Vehicle rentals, purchases with Field Services management and fleet provider companies to replenish Fleet as needed according to Procurement guidelines.
     

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Review with vendors performance metrics, report business reviews and manage incidents. 
  • Provides project plan, reporting, statistics, and executive summaries as required for management pertaining to Fleet performance and FST adherence.
  • Recognizes deviations from best-in-class business practices and takes or recommends appropriate next steps.
  • Analyze data to aid in making both immediate and long-term procedural decisions, including forecasts and follow up analyses to measure performance improvements. Conduct regular carrier/vendor reviews that may include elements of change for IGT Fleet. 
  • Develop new reports that measure results of business activity at various organizational group levels.
  • May be called upon to assist with other Administrative or Data Entry requirements within Business Services to support GOM, Logistics and Field Services as required. 
     

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative capacity.
  • Contract Negotiation experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excel, Word intermediate level

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990- $96,845. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
