Overview
Objective
Plan, schedule, facilitate, and track all aspects of medium/routine product related projects which require coordination across multiple departments of IGT
Position Summary
- Define activities, sequences of events, dependencies and duration of tasks required to complete the project
- Organizes specific project meetings (planning, kickoff, milestone demos, retrospectives, CR reviews)
- Monitor project milestones and report on progress and status to management; flag missed milestones
- Accountable for project completion by scheduled date
- Escalate non-routine operating issues or problems to gain cooperation of senior members of the team
- Keeps all communications open and transparent
- Facilitates Team Collaboration
- Has an overall pulse on the Program / Project health
- Communicates the health / risks to appropriate levels of Management
Requirements
- Must be a student currently enrolled in a degree program
- Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA
- Candidate should be able to start work during the summer and continue on in a part time capacity (12+ hours/week) once the fall semester begins

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $19.00-$23.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
