Overview

Join our team as a Slot Attendant where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IGT gaming machines while providing top-notch customer service to travelers arriving and departing Reno-Tahoe International Airport. We are looking for someone who is conversation driven, outgoing and personable as well as experienced with money handling.


Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate and verify jackpot and fill payments.
•    Solve customer disputes.
•    Verify vault and change bank inventory.
•    Perform minor machine repair.


Work Location:
Onsite at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. This position is not remote or hybrid eligible.

Requirements

•    Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in gaming operations
•    Experience with MS Word and Excel
•    Basic math skills required
•    Excellent customer service skills (including good written and verbal communication skills)
•    Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
•    Must be able to stand a full 8-hour shift
•    Must be able to work overtime as needed
•    Must be at least 21 years old
•    Must be able to obtain a gaming card upon employment
•    A security investigation will be conducted


Preferred:
•    Experience with money handling (i.e., retail cashier, bank teller)

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,600 - $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
