Overview

The Sales Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the North America Sales & Sales Operations organization, as well as stakeholders in various Product Management verticals by delivering actionable insights for informed decision-making, overseeing key projects, and by effectively managing other assigned tasks.

You will help with planning, implementation, and execution of projects and cross-functional initiatives, analyze results, diagnose the business and extract meaningful, actionable insights to support IGT in pursuit of financial targets and objectives.
 

The Sales Strategy team is in place to oversee crucial areas that drive sales growth, optimize cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment with North America Sales objectives. Your role in the preparation of data, insights, and presentation slides is key to this end.
 

Responsibilities:
•    Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data and share findings with Sales and/or Product leadership.
•    Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations and Product Management stakeholders in cross-functional efforts to reach quarterly or year-end targets.
•    Coordinate with various internal groups to develop and implement specific initiatives around selling IGT’s products and services with customers.
•    Regularly assess trends and the competitive positioning of IGT’s products in the market that tie directly to sales and product strategies.
•    Aid in the development, launch, and management of limited-time promotional offers to attract new customers and reward current customers for specific purchases or commitments.
•    Design, implement and administer incentives designed to help meet/exceed sales goals and targets, while motivating commissioned salespersons.
•    Track, monitor, and report on important sales initiatives to ensure activities have been assigned appropriate ownership and are being executed.
•    Ad-Hoc requests in support of the Sales Strategy and Sales Operations teams.

Work Location:
This is a hybrid role onsite at our Las Vegas, Nevada office 2+ days per week.

Requirements

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
•    Gaming Industry experience with a gaming machine manufacturer or casino operations preferred, but not required.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and precise manner—both verbally and written.
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is also preferred.
•    Experience with Salesforce is a plus.


Must be able to quickly develop expert knowledge of:
•    IGT products, IGT’s brand and market positioning, in addition to sales strategies. 
•    The competitive and regulatory landscape, as well as trends that impact key customers.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482-$115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
