Overview
Summary:
The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who can demonstrate teamwork, relationship building and the ability to influence at senior levels of the organization. They will thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments and will be someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, passionate about the customer and comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization in an environment that has a considerable amount of ambiguity.
The successful candidate will have deep experience with variable compensation or sales operations programs, designing solutions to support high growth. They should be able to juggle competing projects, design (and implement) incentive plans and policies to support sales strategies, and work across multiple teams to solve complex problems. This person will work closely with the Sales leaders, Finance, HR, and other IGT business partner teams to negotiate, design, and deploy sales incentive plans, policies and programs.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Strategy.
Preference will be given to those who reside in Las Vegas or Reno, NV but we are open to considering candidates who can work remote anywhere in the U.S.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for providing administrative and analytical support of sales incentive plan (SIP) payment processing for Global Gaming, which will be responsible for processing monthly commissions.
• Support the day-to-day administration of incentive compensation plans for all eligible employees on a global perspective, including, but not limited to, maintaining employee and plan data in Xactly, uploading monthly documents (Plan Docs/T&C’s, Other Documents, SPIFF Letters, etc.) and the reporting hierarchy.
• Act as an internal consultant to sales leadership on sales strategies, incentive plan design, new system implementation and change management communications.
• Create and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly analytics and reporting to ensure that all aspects of the sales compensation plan are understood throughout the leadership team.
• Develop an understanding of North America revenue streams which impact commission processing within the Sales Performance Management (SPM) application, Salesforce and Xactly Incent
• Provide quota forecasting, tracking and analyses for the North America population.
• Assist or conduct training on sales compensation programs for sales leaders and associates, especially for new system transitions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Company's pay programs. Create trend analysis, cost benefit analysis, key performance indicators and market intelligence to support recommendations for changes or enhancements as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Familiar with Xactly and/or other Sales Performance Management (SPM), and Operational Sales Management (OSM) applications.
• Business acumen and systems thinking; understands how talent enables businesses to grow and achieve goals.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing programs and processes tied to business objectives in global organizations.
• Must have advanced computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Access skills a plus.
• Experience building models, providing analyses, and creating dashboards for large data sets in succinct summarized reporting. Ability to create accurate, validated exhibits to facilitate decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to translate complex concepts and problems into verbal and written presentations.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
• Progressive thinker with a flexible, can-do, team-oriented approach.
• Distinguished in establishing effective relationships with colleagues in Legal, Finance, HR operations and business partner teams.
• Focus on details and accuracy while being able to adapt to rapidly changing demands.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Project management skills required to support program design and implementation across the globe.
• Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization and operate across a diverse environment.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World@Work or other credentialed agency desired, but not required.
• 3+ years of experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job such as those listed above.
• Experience in working in matrix organizations coordinating assignments from multiple stakeholders.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500-$115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
