Overview
IGT is looking for a Sports Betting Relationship Manager for our North American Sports Betting solution. We are looking for a person who has knowledge of the gaming industry, a passion for Sports Betting and who wants to be part of history as we bring our unique and proven solutions to the industry across North America.
Responsiblities
- Maintaining day to day relationship with the customer and service providers.
- Create, monitor and ensure effective processes between the customer and IGT for all operational support issues.
- Track and coordinate all stakeholders during operational issue resolutions and escalations.
- Ensure that IGT is meeting all contracted Service Levels for the customer and that any shortfalls are immediately addressed.
- Provide operational processes and advise during the implementation of new customer contracts.
- Provide on the ground support during new client go-live and major releases and events where requested.
- Monitor, advise and report on customer’s trading strategy and performance in order to ensure ongoing business success for all parties.
- Provide support where requested to trading services providers utilized by the customer in order to ensure good operational discipline and performance.
- Alert IGT Compliance of any risks or issues which they encounter with the customer’s operation or service.
- Be an ambassador for IGT and for IGT’s sports betting services in particular
Qualifications
- US Sports betting operational experience and/or proven interest in US Sports Betting.
- Strong general technical literacy and enthusiasm – able to solve practical problems quickly, and passionate about understanding new technologies and using them well.
- Familiarity with land-based Casino regulations and operating environment.
- Clean history / ability to get licensed in all US jurisdictions.
- Helpful to have knowledge of Casino systems, networks and other IGT technologies.
- Self-organized and strong communication skills.
- Able to work under extreme pressure with difficult people.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,000 - 105,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
