The Global Talent Acquisition team at IGT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) based out of Las Vegas or Reno Nevada. The TAP plays a lead role in identifying and engaging talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we continue to evolve as an organization. This role is part of an ambitious, driven, and quality-focused global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to IGT in support of our Promise to deliver entertaining and responsible gaming experiences for players everywhere.


  • Responsible for all assigned job requirements within the recruiter's assigned business verticals.
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, setting up interviews, and working with the managers to fill their current openings
  • Execute search strategies including internal and external candidate assessment & selection; direct sourcing and networking; internet recruiting and other low fees/no fee sourcing techniques
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to identify and source an inclusive slate of talent
  • Partner with business leaders and HR partners to lead searches and negotiate complex compensation packages
  • Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
  • Attend events and represent the company at industry and other recruitment events. Networking is a key skill for this role.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based upon feedback from the line business leadership and hiring teams
  • Work with hiring managers and business partners to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards.
  • Ensure job descriptions are high quality and accurate.
  • Utilize data to make data-driven recruitment decisions


  • Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent
  • 4+ years of corporate full life cycle recruitment experience 
  • Active use of applicant tracking system (ATS), Success Factors and SAP experience a plus.
  • Demonstrating the ability to own and deliver work independently that feeds into a wider team
  • Demonstrating the ability to assimilate information quickly and deal with ambiguity
  • Communicating progress and raising risks as needed, track record of meeting set deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrating the ability to identify and manage risks and issues appropriately
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrating the ability to see projects through to completion with little day to day oversight
  • Proactively searches for new opportunities to grow and develop as a professional
