Overview

IGT PlayDigital is looking for a motivated Project Manager for Client Service within our Sports Betting division, PlaySports. The Project Manager (Client Service) coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation.

What You'll Do

  • Projects may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements
  • May work at client site from time to time
  • Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams
  • Projects are typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology
  • Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage opposing interests
  • This position is responsible for schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment

What You'll Offer

  • Bachelor's degree (an advanced degree is preferred)
  • 5 years of meaningful work experience required in Technical project management, handling customer onboarding, as well as ongoing account management
  • Prior experience working in an environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong written communication skills are critical to the success of this position
  • Experience in the sports betting industry is ideal; experience in casino gaming industry would be an asset
  • PMP/Project Management Certification would be great, but is not a deal breaker
