Summary

The Product Trainer delivers internal (and external) technical training on the operational use and service of the IGT Systems’ suite of products, with a focus on Machine Accounting and EZPay. 

This position may require up to 75-85% domestic and some international travel.

The candidate for this position should be based within the Continental United States.  Convenient access to a major airport is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Has an in-depth knowledge of their assigned subject area(s). 
  • Teaches IGT Systems’ customers the daily Revenue Audit and reconciliation process within their casino environment. 
  • Delivers technical classes at customer sites and/or IGT regional offices, while operating as the sole resource. 
  • Works alone, or with other IGT staff, on customer delivery projects.
  • Works with Product Development and Course Development in the research and development of new support materials and courses.

Qualifications

  • Technical aptitude and professional presentation skills (verbal and written) required.
  • Proficiency with IGT Systems’ product suite, especially Machine Accounting and EZPay.
  • Ability to obtain required licensing documents and approvals for domestic and international travel required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience training adult learners in technical areas and systems.
  • Team Player and possess the ability to work independently, multi-task and within high performing teams.
  • Experience with IGT products, IGT Machines.
  • Effective communications skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation).
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent working knowledge of computers and networking preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience developing and using digital training materials.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,177 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
