International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Coordinator III to join the high-performing Scheduling Team in Las Vegas. This essential role serves as the backbone of scheduling operations, ensuring the effective and seamless coordination of all planned activities. Acting as the first point of contact for internal teams and external customers, the Logistics Coordinator III will play a critical role in aligning IGT’s goals with those of its clients by managing product deliveries, KPIs, and resolving customer inquiries with precision and professionalism. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize logistics processes, and uphold IGT’s reputation for delivering exceptional service in the gaming and manufacturing industries.
- Coordinate delivery of products based on customer-requested delivery dates.
- Monitor product delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, optimizing customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for coordinating all scheduled activities.
- Respond to, resolve, and document all incoming cases reported by customers via telephone, web, and other support channels as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IGT’s goals with customer objectives.
- Use CRM tools to monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal logistics standards.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to drive operational improvements.
- Perform additional tasks or projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 3-5 years of scheduling or logistics experience.
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing transportation and distribution processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of gaming industry logistics, including order management systems and workflow coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP tools and CRM applications, with SAP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in logistics.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to implement process enhancements.
- Ability to pass a background security investigation.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $25/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
