Overview

 

Responsible for the effective development, management and penetration of assigned accounts consistent with established company and sales goals.  Responsible for sales for an assigned territory, coordinates in the development of marketing plans and sales collateral for licensed properties.

Responsibilities

 

•    Ownership of entire Sales Process from initial concept to game launch and execution. 
•    Development and execution of annual business plans, in collaboration with ADM and site teams, for assigned territory. 
•    Achieves budgeted license content goals and printed products sales revenue and profit goals.
•    Understanding of customer needs and opportunities, as identified through collaboration with BI/SSS business analytics and category reviews for identification of product opportunities.
•    Ensures contract and SOX compliance. 
•    Leverage IGT innovation to establish IGT advantage.  Provide compelling and market relevant game designs to existing and prospective customers. 
•    Drive customer profitability through effective management and utilization of options. 
•    Contributes to the development and management of IGT Products Portfolio. 
•    Collaboration with corporate, site and instants services support services for all assigned accounts.
•    Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures. 
•    Lead RFP WIN strategy, preparation, reviews and collaboration of IGT response for assigned customers. 
•    Prioritizes assignments, creates sound plans, and schedules. 
•    Participates in sales meetings and industry events. 
•    Management of travel budgets to meet target spending. 
•    Collaboration for all customer instants proposals preparation, presentation and follow up. 
•    Follow all Company policies, procedures and rules related to Information Security Quality and Environmental.

Communications / Interactions

 

•    Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Influences policy making. 
•    Must coach and guide internal support team on customer expectations by account
•    Must be able to influence and communicate effectively with gaming retailers

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Education & Experience

 

•    Master’s Degree preferred or relevant combination of experience and education
•    Ten years of Sales experience
