Overview
The warehouse manager will have a primary responsibility to ensure that the inventory of raw materials is sufficient to meet upcoming production orders as well as being kept orderly. This will be accomplished through regular inventory counts, SAP job consumptions/closures, and a consistent chain of communication between the production team and the procurement team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage warehouse inventory to ensure raw materials are stocked to meet production demands.
- Conduct regular and detailed inventory counts, including:
- Weekly carton inventory reviews
- Weekly Pallet Inventory Reviews
- As-needed paper inventory reviews
- Enter and process job consumptions in SAP accurately and promptly.
- Close out relevant jobs in SAP within strict deadlines.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, working closely with the finance team.
- Communicate stock deficits to production management and procurement for timely resolution.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including direct oversight of inventory/shipping clerks.
- Coordinate and maintain forklift certification and recertification for warehouse employees.
- Lead and closely coordinate inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
Experience Required (years of experience, specific industry or previous job experience requirements)
- 5+ years of experience with Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Management in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
Skills Required (software, technical, industry, equipment, lifting, and physical requirements)
- Proven experience in inventory control and SAP job management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of International Commercial Terms (INCO)
- Experience and knowledge of standard industry practices: cycle counting, picking methods, material handling techniques, storage utilization, warehouse layouts, unloading/loading methods, and productivity methods.
- Forklift certified and ability to be a certified trainer.
- DOT training.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,281 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
