Responsibilities
- Collaborate with network staff to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
- Collaborate closely with management, decision-makers, and collaborators to define business needs and systems goals, and identify and address business systems challenges.
- Support the design and deployment of new applications and improvements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems; develop and implement strategies for enhancing or bringing to bear these systems.
- Propose and build system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers and development teams.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
- Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
- Support instant ticket game design and development through the entire software development cycle.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Contribute to the game design of other developers in the group.
- Collaborate with internal customers to determine development requirements.
- Collaborate and work side-by-side with other fields involved in the development process.
Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
1+ years of systems planning, software principles, and general software management standard methodologies.
1+ years of design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
