Are you a highly organized and meticulous professional seeking an outstanding opportunity in the manufacturing sector? At IGT, we are seeking a Shipping Clerk who can effectively manage the documentation and processing of outbound shipments from our secure lottery ticket manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms.
- Verify shipment details such as quantities, destinations, and carrier instructions.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and security teams to ensure shipments are released on schedule.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and resolve any shipping issues or delays.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal collaborators.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with internal security protocols and industry regulations.
- Support audits and inventory reconciliations by providing accurate shipping records.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all documents with a high level of security and discretion.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support (experience in secure or regulated industries preferred).
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency with shipping software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must pass background checks and align with strict security protocols.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $29,120 - $52,458. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
