SAP Analyst, Production Planning (Hybrid Remote)

Summary

This position will support our Lakeland, FL lottery printing facility and could operate remote. 

IGT is looking for an experienced senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Analyst to join their wonderful and well-established Enterprise Apps team! Enterprise Pro Analyst PP will be responsible for design, implementation, and support of IGT’s SAP ECC 6 solution and other non-SAP integrated subsystems. As a Production Planning functional analyst, you will design, implement, and deploy SAP/Non-SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. In addition, you will maintain skills in SAP/Non-SAP architecture, applications, process design and configuration, lead/support active and upcoming projects & system enhancements, and support issue resolution on production applications. This role will also be required to successfully build credible partnerships across business functions, stakeholders, and other members of Enterprise Apps team to collaboratively define, deliver and support SAP ERP and other Enterprise App solutions. In coming years, this role will be involved in planning and implementation S4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation, support, improvement projects including a full-cycle implementation of Production Planning
• Model, analyze, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve business processes and applications in the Production and Logistics areas
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP Production Planning modules and other integrated production systems
• Be strategic in evaluating customer requests, so that the requests that has business value are considered and prioritized. 
• Identify, document, and propose “to-be” solutions
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD / FRD) and user acceptance test scripts
• Support systems validation/testing to SOX, and other regulatory compliance, as needed.
• Work with Enterprise Apps management and staff to develop and maintain standards, processes, and documentation.
• Participate in incident management activities for critical incidents, outages, or other performance issues.
• Support all aspects of SAP/Non-SAP systems including upgrades and life cycle management
• Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned; occasional travel depending on business need
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of SAP Production Planning experience with an emphasis on design, configuration and troubleshooting required.
• Prefer experience in some Shop Floor information gathering systems and SAP PP integration
• 2+ years of production planning experience
• Have been part of SAP implementation on 4+ full life cycle projects with emphasis on Production Planning
• Experience should include Production Planning Master Data - BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Activity Type, PP Material Master, MRP, PP Configuration, PP Order, Integration with Costing module, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management processes.
• Ability to understand/work with interfaces to non-SAP systems
• Ability to debug to expedite problem analysis
