Overview
Responsibilities
- Set press up to run job and align variable image data flawlessly.
- Troubleshoot and refurbish print head defects offline.
- Print test patterns, interpret findings, and set up imager inks with precision.
- Operate and monitor web guides, inspection cameras, and strobes to ensure quality standards are strictly met.
- Use a PC to log and detail all imager information accurately.
- Check quality specifications constantly to maintain outstanding print quality.
- Ensure the machine operates efficiently while producing product that conforms to quality standards.
- Record and track all footage printed, pounds of ink used, and quality samples meticulously.
- Review and interpret job-sheet information to ensure accurate press setup.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and rules related to Information Security, Quality, and Environmental standards.
Qualifications
Education
High School diploma or equivalent experience; printing trade school degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience Required
Five years of related mechanical and printing experience.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of computer systems and high-speed variable printing is preferred.
- Prior flexographic experience is important.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 12-hour shifts and lift up to 75 lbs periodically throughout the shift.
- Capacity to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, kneel, squat, push, pull, and twist at the torso as needed to perform work on the press.
- Willingness to work in an environment with exposure to chemicals, vapors, excessive noise, and hazardous dusts.
- Proficiency in using tools such as a manual pump, wrench, and mechanical hoist.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
