Join the WINNING TEAM at IGT Global!  IGT is seeking a ISO / SOC Quality Audit Manager in the area of Lakeland, FL. The Compliance Department will oversee and maintain the quality system and ensure its compliance to ISO standards; the Compliance Department will also coordinate all activities necessary to obtain additional certifications (ISO 14000, ISO 27000, SOC 1 and 2, State Ramp, client certifications, etc.)


IGT Lakeland is a high-speed printing and packaging operation. We supply instant scratch lottery tickets to players around the world.

Responsibilities

 

This position is responsible for the following departments:
Compliance to State & Government regulations and industry specific certifications (ISO, SOC, etc.)
 

Compliance    

  • Support the internal auditing compliance of existing procedures.
  • Provide directions for continuous improvement, client complaint response.
  • Maintain ISO certifications. 
  • Other industry specific certifications (SAC, State Ramp, etc.)
  • Manage a variety of compliance activities, reporting, and documentation.
  • Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policy guidelines.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls.
  • Identify risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Revise procedures and reports as needed.
  • Identify compliance issues and provide necessary training.
  • Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Review, audit, and update compliance procedures
  • Interact with internal and external auditors as needed.
  • Develop and present compliance training programs. 

 

Other    

  • Establish objectives and measure results for his/her departments.
  • Define training needs for his/her departments and propose training plan.
  • Perform other duties as required.
     

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Accounting and seven 7 years work experience in related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $__67,200____ - $___164,500____. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
