Overview

 

As part of the Account Services team, the Game Specialist II is responsible for game oversight pre and post execution. The role includes support in auditing working papers, prize structures, contract proofs, database information, plate proofs, software data, printed product, and deliverables to ensure accuracy. 

 

This role is in-office, 8am-5pm role.

Responsibilities

 

Leadership Responsibilities

-  Responsible for providing training and support of other team members

-  Will act as a subject matter authority for the Account Services team


PRE-EXECUTED RESPONSIBILITIES


-  Review initial completed art startup from Production Design prior to Account Representative review

-  Review subsequent art revisions as needed

-  Review draft working papers in their entirety to ensure accuracy

-  Review game data in Working Papers against data in the Game Management System 2.0 (GMS) at Internal Review

-  Audit instant ticket prize structures for mathematical accuracy, report any discrepancies to the Account Representative


POST-EXECUTED RESPONSIBILITIES


-  Monitor games throughout the printing and packaging process for compliance with customer requirements

-  Communicate with Account Representatives when amendments to implemented Working Papers are vital

-  Manage and audit deliverables as required by the customer to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines

-  Receive and save End-Of-Game files to the corresponding game folder on the network

-  Review job tickets against Working Papers to ensure accuracy

-  Compare contract proof to Working Papers to ensure accuracy

-  Proofread tickets comparing plate proof to Working Papers. Ensure accuracy of print units prior to print production

-  Review software game data to ensure accurate use of symbols, barcodes, and other customer requirements

-  Review and play tickets upon printing to ensure accuracy, playability, and compliance to executed working papers

-  Review game files upon closing to ensure all required checklists and documents are on file physically, within GMS & within WebCenter

-  Assist in the preparation of annual audits

-  Print and prepare post-execution Working Paper deliverables and send Working Papers to external auditors as needed. Reviews game data in executed Working Papers against data in the Game Management System (GMS)

-  Review Post Implemented changes (PEC) to Working Papers


GENERAL DUTIES


-  Participate in cross-functional projects as needed for process improvements

-  Lead weekly Page-Turn meetings

-  Support the Account Services team in resolving issues that may arise with press/production

-  Shared responsibility for high-level maintenance and process improvements of systems used by the Account Services team, such as WebCenter and GMS 2.0

-  Maintain and provide support and training in various systems

-  Process UPS labels and outgoing packages.

Qualifications

 

-  Follow all policies such as Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Information Security, Environmental Compliance, etc

-  Associate's degree, or equivalent, in related field

-  2+ years of dedicated process or project management required

-  2+ years of auditing or proofreading experience

-  Outstanding time management, project management and organizational skills

-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with intermediate skills in math

-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat with strength in Excel formulas/calculations

-  Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality

-  Skilled in mathematical analysis, equations, and/or calculations

-  A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity required

-  Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and ability to communicate with all levels in the organization required

-  Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling confidential information in a respectful manner

-  Ability to work under minimal direction and tight time constraints

-  Ability to work independently, but also partner as a great teammate

 

Preferred Skills

 

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing, finance, printing, or related field

-  Proven experience in printing or lottery preferred

-  Foreign language skills are a plus, but not required

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500 - $115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
