Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC (NSNJ) is the lottery growth management services provider selected by the New Jersey Lottery to supply game design, sales, marketing, and various other services under a 15-year agreement extending through June 2029. International Game Technology (IGT) and Scientific Games (SGMS), the world’s leading gaming companies, are members of NSNJ and provide services that help NSNJ support the New Jersey Lottery’s operations. Most recently, NSNJ helped the New Jersey Lottery set a new annual sales record of $3.29 billion and attain the highest level of independent certification for its Responsible Gaming program.

Responsibilities

  • Retailer recruitment liaison – Works with Business Development team to process retailer prospects.
  • Corporate Account Team Support – Works with Corporate Account Team to process applications, dispatch account issues, and assists with general account operations to aid corporate sales efforts.
  • Field Sales Staff Support – Assist field staff with retailer related inquiries and requests. Report on application status for Change of Ownership Requests.
  • Review for accuracy, process and forward all applications to NJ Lottery.
  • License renewal processing and tracking.
  • Filter, dispatch, and resolve all customer service calls and email inquiries.
  • Track and report on new retailer Installs and Removals.
  • Process and report on Retailer Status Change Requests.
  • Lottery Vending Machine Placement processing and reporting.
     

Qualifications

  • Minimum education 
    • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Years Experience
    • Minimum of two years sales/marketing experience.
  • Other Requirements
    • Customer Service phone center skills.
    • Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a very precise and detail-oriented mindset in all areas of sales/marketing execution.
    • Excellent oral and written presentation skills.  
    • Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions.   
    • Essential special training requirements
    • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills (conversational ok).
  • Knowledge of Northstar NJ retail and POS strategies, products, and components a plus.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,200 - $97,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
