The Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst contributes to the development, growth, and success of the Hoosier Lottery by managing a key pillar of IGT Indiana's business plan. Under the supervision of the Director of CSR and Compliance, the CSR Analyst helps develop and execute key initiatives that support the Hoosier Lottery's mission to operate in a socially responsible manner. These initiatives are part of a CSR strategy that includes four impact areas: Business, Community, Responsible Gaming, and Environment. This position is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the goals of the corporate social responsibility plan of action are aligned with the organization's mission and satisfies the needs of various stakeholders. This role ensures that CSR projects and tactics are completed promptly and supported across a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for planning, writing, and maintaining CSR and responsible gaming certifications, as well as collecting and organizing a large volume of supporting documentation.  At times, this individual will act as a subject matter expert and resource on responsible gaming for the organization, and support training activities.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute the CSR Strategy and Responsible Gaming Framework.
  • Manage the planning and execution of programming and activities across business areas
  • Plan, organize and write technical certifications
  • Create internal and external communications
  • Create and promote volunteer activities
  • Participate in trade industry organizations and events
  • Manage working groups charged with developing and implementing CSR activities
  • This candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content for publications
  • This candidate will have high involvement in obtaining the highest level of World Lottery Association certification in the responsible gaming framework.
  • Assist in obtaining various certifications Develop internal and external stakeholder relationships that promote a positive business environment
  • Apply continuous improvement principles and key performance indicators to CSR projects and tactics
  • Serve as a point person for Hoosier Lottery and IGT Indiana community service initiatives
  • This candidate must have experience managing multiple projects
  • This candidate must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • This candidate must possess a passion for philanthropic/non-profit initiatives
  • This candidate must have excellent writing and interpersonal skills

 

 

Responsibilities

The Project Manager (Admin) performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • 10 years of work experience; 5 years of related experience is required.

Education

  • Graduate degree preferred; related fields are sustainability, MBA, public relations, social services, political science, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
