Overview

An ITS Representative is responsible for a wide variety of customer service functions all contributing to inventory management at retail while maintaining security for both the retailer and Hoosier Lottery. The ITS rep needs to have the ability to multitask while placing orders and answering inbound calls. This is an in-office position that supports the Sales team and Hoosier Lottery retailers in all facets of scratch inventory management. Providing top-rated customer service with a positive attitude is essential for an ITS Representative.

Responsibilities

•   Consistently demonstrate the ability to complete assigned daily duties in an organized manner
•   Maintain department averages and monthly goals in a variety of areas
•   Manage inbound calls received on recorded hotline
•   Ability to take accurate notes around ordering needs for retailers
•   Respond to emails daily
•   Collaborate with Sales to ensure that needed inventory is maintained at retail
•   Ability to balance assigned workload and extra projects/tasks as assigned
•   Tracking ticket orders
•   Ability to review and gather information from a variety of reports in Excel

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $30,100 - $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
