Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of expertise in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in UI/UX design methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.

Responsibilities:

•   Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
•   Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
•   Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to enhance user experience.
•   Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, SMEs and developers to gather and analyze requirements.
•   Convert complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and functional designs.
•   Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, innovative, and interactive designs across different devices and platforms.
•   Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
•   Ensure accessibility, SEO-friendly design, and usability best practices.
•   Prepare and maintain necessary documents.

Qualifications:

•   7+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
•   Expertise in any of the tools like Axure/Figma/XD, Miro and other relevant design tools.
•   Experience in designing responsive and interactive interfaces for mobile, tablet, and desktop applications.
•   Able to work in an Agile environment.
•   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•   Using Git for version control.
•   Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel.
•   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•   Flexible in timings and remote work capabilities.
•   Preferable having experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing basic static re-usable UI components.
•   Good to have experience with Angular & React.js for creating reusable components.
