Introduction

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Service Bench Repair Technician to join our team in Ermington, NSW. The primary duty of this role is to diagnose company product equipment problems and repair to provide the Field Service team and customers the support required to maintain all products supplied by IGT.
 

Key functions for this role are:

  • Ensure all repairs are carried out in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Prepare/record service logs for all IGT product repairs.
  • Maintain tools & test equipment.
  • Modify or updating equipment/product when required & as regulated by the business needs.
  • Control the repair of stock within the A405 Repair Storage location.
  • Phone support concerning IGT product for internal & external customers, as needed.
  • Ensure the working area & surrounding environment is clean & tidy in line with OH&S requirements.
  • Removal of identified material from trade-in machines returned, to replenish Service Warehouse with material that aids in supporting our customer requirements.

The following skills and attributes are essential for success within this role:

Educational

  • HSC or equivalent with Electronics/Electrical trade certificate preferred.

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to build rapport and nurture internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite.
  • Team focused.

 

Highly Regarded Experience

  • Gaming industry experience.
  • Previous experience in Printed Circuit Board repairs within the Gaming Industry.
