Atención de VIA Servicios Comerciales México- Gaming Latinoamérica y Caribe

  • Responde llamadas entrantes clientes con terminales de Via Servicios.
  • Responde llamadas y correos electrónicos para aclaraciones de pago de productos y contabilidad de sus terminales.
  • Realiza solicitud de material para operar las terminales.
  • Brinda soporte técnico para diagnosticar y/o solucionar en llamadas de primer contacto.
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes a través de llamadas o correo electrónico.
  • Responde correos electrónicos y llamadas de para dar servicio a casinos, solicitar licencias de juego, aclaración de jugadas.
  • Recibe solicitudes de fallas del casino, solicitudes de acceso por parte de Técnicos para ingreso a casinos.
  • Realiza seguimiento a envíos de refacción a casinos.
  • Da avisos a técnicos para coordinar atenciones, recibe y registra tiempos de atención y soluciones.


  • Experiencia:  Minimo 6 meses en servicio al cliente dentro de un centro de llamadas o industria similar comprobable. ( Indispensable).
  • Educación: Certificado de preparatoria.
  • Conocimientos: Básicos de computadora y paquetería office, excelencia en servicio al cliente, excelente ortografía.

Deseable manejo de SAP y Sales Force.
