About the Role

IGT PlayDigital is Senior Business Analyst to join our industry-leading team! This position will be responsible for high level administrative support, ensuring contract compliance and all related data analytics supporting the expansion of IGT’s contract with Rhode Island Lottery to include our top of the line Sports Betting solutions. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.

What You'll Do

Define and track program-level KPIs
Build and maintain systems to collect and analyze program data from multiple sources
Create interactive program dashboards
Analyze performance and make provide recommendations
Lead SOX audit compliance
Manage special projects and/or programs
Ad hoc financial reporting for RI Lottery client

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

10+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
Excellent knowledge of Apache software
Technical expertise in Business Intelligence and Analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Proven experience defining and publishing dashboards, reports and analysis of program KPIs
Knowledge of SQL
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively
