Overview

This position supports field service in providing in-house repair and maintenance of equipment, inventory management and delivery of equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Tests equipment to determine cause of failure
  • Assist with the repair of lottery equipment including terminals, printers, and vending machines to be redeployed into the field
  • Maintains log of incoming and outgoing terminals and repairs using data entry workstation
  • Maintain warehouse storage area containing terminal equipment and peripherals in an organized neat manner.
  • Inspects terminal, circuits, etc. for damage
  • Cleans interior/exterior of terminal and boards
  • Assists field service technicians with terminal related problems or in obtaining necessary supplies
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Operates various equipment/machines in warehouse environment
  • Transport and deliver/remove retailer equipment operating 20ft box truck
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications/Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75lbs and maneuver machines up to 825lbs with assistance from industrial grade lift apparatus
  • Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
  • Must have good driving record

 

Minimum Education

High school degree or GED equivalent required.

 

Years’ Experience

One or more years related work experience
