Responsible for performing all assigned duties related to the completion of a daily call file.  Create positive relations, promote strong customer service, and provide information necessary to allow retailers to properly manage their on-hand inventory of Instant Tickets.

  • Manage call file effectively and efficiently
  • Possess good time management skills
  • Perform outbound calls by contacting Lottery retailers to promote new products, place orders and provide premium customer service
  • Responsible for taking inbound calls effectively 
  • Proficient with basic computer skills as well as Enterprise Series (ES)
  • Preparing and filling out all paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Develop a full understanding of the current product mix of available games
  • Provide information to retailers on upcoming lottery promotions, jackpots and new games coming to market
  • Working with retailers and UPS to determine incorrect orders and/or shipments
  • Call on retailers daily who have not confirmed orders
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess the desire to be cross trained
  • Possess good problem-solving skills



  • High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.


  • 1 year of related experience is required.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,200 - $45,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
