Overview

IGT is seeking a Product Marketing and Training Design intern with print and presentation design experience and skills to join our Retail Sales and Execution team. This part-time, paid internship is a remote position, with frequent virtual check-ins. This position will allow for a hands-on experience developing and creating visual designs and layouts for PowerPoint, print, and digital mediums. The Product Marketing and Training Design intern will work with the Retail Sales and Execution team to develop effective marketing collateral and assist with day-to-day workflow, and will assist in daily and long-term marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing materials and training collateral
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct photo research
  • Create graphics
  • Activities related to product launch

Qualifications

  • Creative and motivated student with both communications and design experience
  • Strong design skills with a focus on typography and layout
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Proficient in using both a PC and a Mac
  • Ability to take feedback and direction
  • Strong work ethic: ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to juggle both short-term projects and daily tasks that need immediate attention
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
