Overview
This temporary role (anticipated duration of 15+ months) is Remote from Home in the United States if you currently reside in Pacific or Central Time Zones.
SUMMARY:
The Sales Learning Program Manager is dedicated to supporting our Global Sales teams across the various business units. This position supports the development of the annual sales training plan, adapting organizational initiatives and assesses the effectiveness of the training by providing suggestions for continuous improvement. This includes but is not limited to instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), e-learning, educational activities, assessments, job aids, and blended learning experiences using audio and video components.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• LMS administration that includes reporting, pre-and-post training results
• Supporting the development of individual contributors in Global Gaming
• The creation of developing supporting documentation for the Sales Academy process
• Planning, executing and organizing of sales trainings
• Executing all sales related administrative tasks
• Facilitating sales training modules and workshops designed to help employee development
• Conducting round tables and surveys to gauge effectiveness of training
• Supporting implementation of sales mentoring and coaching programs in Global Gaming
• Participating in sourcing vendors for identified training needs
• Assisting in the onboarding of new sales employees
• Serving as a subject-matter expert in sales training
• Serving as the communication liaison and managing communication for Talent Development and Global Sales initiatives
• Assisting with any other duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is required
• Ability to effectively interface with different business units within the company
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills required
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• Proven track record of successful team participation is required
• Ability to travel as needed
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years’ experience as a sales professional preferred
• Background in facilitating sales trainings
• Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
