Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with supporting the management of online/ digital platforms and work closely with cross functional teams to recommend, deliver and streamline digital solutions to optimize business functions.  

The incumbent will also support the development and expansion of the company’s brands and services (as assigned), including coordination, market research, analysis, implementation, distribution and sales based on outlined targets and KPIs. He/she will be an ambassador for the company, modelling IGT values and reinforcing the company’s mission and vision for the attainment and alignment of business goals and objectives.  Enables an environment depictive of professional, innovative, timely and efficient service levels across the business.Performs any additional job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Champions digital channel and portfolio expansion and development including:  

  • Assists with digital marketing strategy development, management and execution (online/ web/ social media platform management) 
  • Assists with the day-to-day management of social and digital media/ online platforms  
  • Effectively positions the company’s brand, image and reputation in the digital/ online space 
  • Facilitates timely, accurate communication and updates via the company’s online/ digital media platforms, in adherence with established brand and communications guidelines and protocols 
  • Assists with the management of digital software and solutions geared toward brand and product positioning and communication internally and externally (ESMM, terminal messaging etc.) 
  • Assist with the development of digital/ online portfolio and solution to expand business offerings (iLottery) 
  • Proposes relevant business and portfolio models, value propositions, brand identities based on evolving consumer, business and market dynamics to grow business/ drive revenue 
  • Ensures streamlined, consistent, strong brand positioning, visibility, and relevance to consumers (and other stakeholders) across all sites, brands and integrated marketing platforms 
  • Effectively assesses and reports on (online) marketing activities impact and effectiveness, including customers’ promotion programs, incentive programs with distribution sites, advertising campaigns objectives, and point of sales materials 
  • Closely monitors, reports and recommends timely solutions to macro, micro and competitor developments that are directly and indirectly impacting business  
  • Assists with market research analyzes customer insights, market conditions, and competitor information (working alongside Business Intelligence and other relevant departments) 
  • Assists with the preparation and executions of relevant business plans, budgets, reports and other requirements  
  • Applies best practices in digital media and online platform management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Assists with the management of website strategy to optimize online marketing tools and programs such as website customer interface, search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliate marketing, email marketing, online shopping channels, blogs and vlogs 
  • Forms online content partnerships, measures web usage/trends and manages partner relationship (Marketing/ Media/Advertising/Digital Agency, suppliers, etc.)  
  • Directs advertising programs both online and offline

  • Acts as an ambassador for our company, actively participating and supporting company activities, events and employee volunteerism initiatives  

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in use of Online Marketing & Digital Management tools, MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience in the use of and up to date with digital and social media tools, platforms (apps and other digital solutions)  
  • In-depth understanding of the digital eco system, analytics, platform algorithms, campaign development, management, set up and optimization  
  • Possesses the unique skill of being both highly analytical and creative to drive superior campaign performance – a truly holistic, strategic thinker and executer 
  • A natural passion and drive towards excellence and success, with keen attention to detail and a high sense of accountability 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills) 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred. MBA and/ or Online Marketing/ Digital Media Strategy certification will be an asset

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of related experience is required.
