Casino Field Service Engineer

What you’ll do:

•    Installation, service and support of the IGT product line throughout the Serbia and bordering countries (Kosovo, Bosnia-Herzegovina).
•    Take the lead with organization and execution of installations, field service visits, conversions and upgrades.
•    Troubleshoot technical issues, from identification though root cause analysis both on site and via telephone, email, what's app and other forms of communication.
•    Champion and improve positive customer relationships.
•    Provide technical support on internal projects with other team members and colleagues throughout IGT. 
•    Offer mentorship and training to our customers.

Must have:

We are looking for a results and costumer oriented, proactive individual with proficiencies and attributes in the following areas: 

•    Preferentially a minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry is required.
•    Casino Management Systems knowledge and experience.
•    Field Service experience in a similar or comparable business.
•    A relevant qualification in electrical, electronics, PC hardware, Telecommunications or similar.
•    Proficiency with MS office tools, Excel, Word, Visio.
•    Excellent organizational skills, a service minded phenomenal teammate that will fit in the informal but strong company culture.

A valid driving license is essential due to field job requirements

Nice to have:

•    Familiarity with IGTs product line is helpful.
•    References from your previous or current employer may be requested.
•    As the position may require International Travel, an E.U. passport is preferred
