Coordinates and supervises the warehouse distribution clerks for our Pick and Pack operations and handles the warehouse operations of parts, materials, and equipment, which includes receiving and/or stock control and storage. Works to identify and implement innovative ways to Pick and Pack operation.

  • Supervises the daily activities of the warehouse staff.
  • Maintains and supervises procedures that ensure the accuracy of orders, security of inventory, and cost effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
  • Analyzes product flow to ensure accurate alignment of product.
  • Maintains documentation to reflect the efficiency of department activities and prepares/submits various reports to management, as required.
  • Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control and ensures materials are available to meet production schedule.
  • Develops and implements logistics and storage plans to improve efficiency of the flow of product from receiving through shipment.
  • Prepares forecasts for staffing, supplies, inventory, and storage capacity to meet the demands of internal and external partners.
  • Interacts with vendors and peers in Logistics (UPS), Manufacturing, Sales, Order Creation, Software/Technology and Product Development to optimize systems and procedures, as needed.
  • Participates in the selection, hiring, evaluation, and development of staff.
  • Operates Warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack, etc.), as needed.
  • Provides additional support to staff by operating Pick and Pack line as capacity requires.
  • Actively works to identify, test and implement process improvements and innovations to all processes within the warehouse.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs. and remain standing alongside staff for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

Essential training requirements (Certification Preferred)

  • Forklift Operation
  • Pallet Jack Operation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Primarily Excel)
